JRS is an independent family office, which means we help our clients to get a comprehensive overview of their family’s financial- and capital planning. Our core business is to help our clients with all matters relating to asset management, tax- and legal advice, family law and insurance. JRS’ mission is to make life easier for our customers and to meet their high expectations.
JRS was founded in 2007 by Jakob Söderberg among others, grandson of Ragnar Söderberg, one of the founders of the Swedish Private Equity company Ratos.
JRS is under the supervision of Finansinspektionen (The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) and affiliated with SwedSec which means that all managers and advisers are licensed.
